Incentivising New Antibiotics – Designing a value-based delinked pull incentive

This OHE consulting report was commissioned and funded by the ABPI. The report describes the requirements for estimating a country ́s fair share of the pull incentive, which antibiotics should be eligible for the pull mechanism and how to set a value-based reward.

The report covers key learnings from the NICE-NHSE pilot that policymakers and payers internationally should be aware of as they implement similar solutions to address the challenge of AMR as well as OHE recommendations for best practices for pull incentive schemes for antimicrobials in the future, based on literature research and insights from an expert workshop.
